Access to DGS Insider requires that you sign in using your DGS credentials . If this is your first time accessing Insider or do not know your DGS credentials please click the Show me how to sign in button below, otherwise click Skip and go directly to Insider.

  1. Click here to open the Insider in a new window
    1. If you receive the error "...user@delta.com from identity..." then proceed to Step 4
    2. If you are prompted to Pick an account, select the account ending in globalservices.com or click Use another account and proceed to Step 3c
    3. If you are prompted to enter a username then proceed to Step 6
  2. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf to sign out of your Delta.com profile. Do NOT close your browser after completing this step.
  3. Now that you are signed out of Delta.com profile start again from Step 1
  4. Enter your DGS username (also known as your globalservices.com account). If you do not know your DGS username you can find it using your PPR or Employee ID at http://dgsinsider.com/accountlookup
  5. Enter your password for your DGS account and click Sign in. If this is your first time using your DGS credentials use your default password
  6. You should now be signed in to the Insider
